Stroller.... FAIL

Hi - I was just informed by our shipping department that the stroller we shipped you was returned to us by UPS completely demolished. I tried to have another ship to you today. However, as luck would have it, this is my last 2010 in stock and I have refunded your payment in full.

I am so sorry and hope you can accept my apologies for this mishap.
