Sick

I know it's been quiet on the blog... I came down with a terrible cold on Sunday morning and have been fighting it since. I went to the doctor yesterday afternoon for a strep test which was negative. So...nothing to do but get through it. Hopefully I'm through the worst of it... in my cold-fogged brain I haven't felt like doing anything other than resting when I get a chance. Other than that it hasn't slowed me down much or made it difficult to care for Lily, so I'll be grateful for that! Fortunately, Lily has sailed right through it other than nursing more often than usual...amazing how babies know to get some antibodies through breastmilk so they don't get sick!
